Winter sees the return of the annual NZ/USA hop terroir battle that we began in 2010, this year the form of two Black IPA - Motueka Raven and Yakima Raven.

Motueka (NZ): Styrian Goldings, Nelson Sauvin, Super Alpha, Pacific Jade

Yakima (US): Centennial, Zythos, Newport, Columbus
Yeast Fermentis US-05
